Holly Shoemaker

Biography

Holly Shoemaker was born and raised in Oshkosh, graduating from Oshkosh West High School.

Holly is a paralegal/legal assistant at the Culp Law Firm, LLC. She assists the firm’s clients in all practice areas.

For transactional matters, Holly investigates and interviews clients and others to gather the required information to prepare the initial agreements, contracts, estate planning documents, real estate sale and purchase agreements, and other transaction documents. For litigation matters, Holly analyzes documents, coordinates large-scale document productions, interviews witnesses, coordinates trial subpoenas and witness appearances, managing trial exhibits, and assists the attorney with witness impeachment.

Prior to joining the firm at its inception in 2020, Holly worked as a paralegal for a midsized local firm and before that as a Military Police Officer for the United States Air Force. She assisted military attorneys with military trials and trial preparation.

Holly is smart, efficient, and personable. When not working, Holly enjoys boating, traveling and spending time with her family .
