  • Additional OWI surcharge $435
  • MANDATORY Alcohol and Other Drug Assessment (AODA)
  • Ignition interlock device (IID) requirements (FOR BAC .15% OR ABOVE OR REFUSALS)
  • High-risk driver status resulting in INCREASED INSURANCE rates and SR-22 verification
  • Occupational licenses require IID installation and service charges, fines for non-compliance UP TO $1,000 for repeat offenders
  • License reinstatement fee after revocation $200
